Hourly based ** VONAGE** B2B Telecom Inbound & Outbound Telecom Process:
Sales Group (call center) signs with Master Agent (MA) based out of Illinois.
B2B dialing list is provided by MA.
Inbound Calls are provided by MA.
US and Canada territory is available to call in.
Business Customers get 50% discount on their monthly bills.
Call Center has to call Business Customers (Small & Mid-Sized Businesses) and
convert them to Vonage.
Call Center convinces the Customer and then emails a quote to the customer:
o Call Center does not enter any Billing Information on the quote.
o Master Agent sends out an implementation link to the customer and follows
up to ensure that they sign off on it.
Minimum Hourly Payout is $10 per hour subject to quality based conversions of
minimum 2 lines per agent per day.
Payments start in the third week based on Weekly Hourly Performance
o Weekly payments thereafter.
Bonus payouts of up to $7 per hour per seat when Center exceeds Weekly
No Long Term Contracts Required / No Set Up Fees / No Cancellation Fees.

Vonage Plans offered by Master Agent are 25% cheaper than what is offered on Vonage

3) On an average, every agent converts 3-4 lines net PER DAY.

Sugar CRM.
6) No Monthly Contract.
7) No Cancellation Fee.
8) We can port ALL NUMBERS whether US or Canada.
