THIS IS ONE TIME PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU  ADD MORE AGENTS NO OTHER PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED YOU ONLY NEED TO APPLY FOR USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS FOR THE ADDITIONAL AGENTS.  NOTE THIS MONEY YOU ARE PAYING IS NOT FOR THE CLIENT IT IS TO PAY THE TAXIS AND RESTAURANTS COMPANIES SO THEY CAN PROVIDE THE NUMBERS AND ACCESS TO THEIR PLATFORM SO YOU CAN START RECEIVING CALLS SINCE DAY ONE ,THE SOFTWARE WILL BE INSTALL IN THE COMPUTERS OF THE CENTERS WHILE YOU ARE DOING THE TRAINING .
Training will be of 4 hours for maximum 3 days from 9’00  am to 1.00 pm
The client will pay half of the training  6 hours from the 12 hours training
Software will be installed in  your computers by the mean while
Training will be provided over  skype

BROKER FEE IS $250 US  FOR Kevin from India AND HIS TEAM IT NEED TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF SING UP THE CONTRACT.
ROYALTY FEE WILL BE $1% OF THE GENERAL BILLING THE CENTER  RECEIVE IF THE CENTERS ARE IN Dominican REPUBLIC THE CENTERS NEED TO AGREE TO DEPOSIT THE 1% INTO NESTOR ACCOUNT IF THE CENTER IS OUTSIDE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC THE 1% WILL BE DISCOUNTED BY THE CLIENT KATE FLETCHER AND SEND TO NESTOR ACCOUNT  NESTOR WILL BE THE CLIENT FACE FOR ALL THE CALL CENTERS AND WILL SUPPORT THE CENTERS ON ANYTHING THEY NEED 24/7 .
CONTRACT WILL BE FOR 1 YEAR RENEWVABLE
Payments would be made to the centers on a biweekly basis
Payout would be  $10 US per hour per agent
Whereas the incentives would be separate which is $1 for each reservation for taxis and restaurants

Note: This document is a broad level overview. Detailed document with specifics will be shared in the next stage

What is the Marketplace: Marketplace is a platform which allows sellers to sell their products online thus providing sellers with greater exposure to various buyers. Buyers have the advantage of choosing from a range of products. Marketplace serves as a One Stop trade fair for both the sellers and the buyers.

What is Seller Onboarding:  In order to become active on Flipkart Marketplace, the seller needs to register, upload their relevant documents, list their products, and understand how to work on platform. After successfully completing the above mentioned steps the sellers is ACTIVE. Partner needs to follow/generate leads through on-ground activities. They need to assist sellers at their end in uploading documents, facilitating with cataloging partner and listing their products. This is a high touch model and will require agents to go and meet sellers.

A seller is considered live when the state of seller on flipkart system is marked ACTIVE. 
To go Live with flipkart.com, seller has to go through following stages:

The seller provides basic details, including category, contact details, pickup address, main selling category.

The seller has to provide business details in this section for example bank account details, TIN number, TAN number, PAN number.

Seller has to provide documents and upload the catalogue file. Documents and catalogue file are verified by Flipkart’s internal team. Once catalogue file is verfied, seller has to approve the file and provide stock and pricing information, post which seller is marked ACTIVE on flipkart.com and the seller is now ready to sell.
Live
Only in case the above processes are completed and the seller’s state is ACTIVE, the seller is considered live.


Operating Schedule: The partners would service the sellers as per seller’s convenience within normal working hours. The operating window would be Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.

Language of Support: The primary language of support is English. However, Partner should also be able to handle interactions in Hindi/regional lingua as per Seller requirement.

Seller Onboarding Interactions at the Frontline:
Provide proactive end to end support to registered sellers to become Live on Flipkart Marketplace. The on ground activities include (but not limited to):
a.    Explaining Online Marketplace model and business dynamics (opportunity and risks)
b.   Liasoning with VAT consultants to help sellers get VAT registration.
b.    Explaining Flipkart services
c.     Explaining commission details
d.    Handling the seller's queries with respect to online selling and selling on Flipkart
e.    Helping sellers uploading documents, bank account details
f.     Helping sellers create listings on Flipkart Marketplace
g.    Ensuring Catalog support liaison: Photo-shoot and Catalog writing/catalog enrichment through engaging our partners
h.    Training sellers to use the Flipkart platform for daily business including liaison with Flipkart Training Partners to train sellers.
i.   Train sellers on FKMP for listing, order management, payments, returns, cancellation, packaging etc. as per the training modules
j.   Provide support to sellers althrough the activation lifecycle

Output metrics:
Ø  Live sellers count
Target: The output expected is atleast 35 live sellers per consultant per month or a total of 150 live sellers out of 200 leads shared with you. 

Assignment of sellers:
       Sellers signing up on seller.flipkart.com would be assigned to the partners 
       Partner can also bring sellers on their own and activate them.
       Partner will have fixed agreed upon duration to convert and make the seller live after which seller will be removed from the queue.
       Partners will need to make sure that every seller assigned should be contacted within an agreed upon time.

Training & Capability building: Flipkart will provide trainers on deputation for the pilot batch and will support Vendor for the term of pilot project. Vendor will also conduct assessments of new hires post completion of training and share report with Flipkart upon completion of each batch.

Volumes: Flipkart will share with Partner the pilot term (45 day) forecast. Vendor should plan for staffing basis the forecast + 10% buffer.The number of resources for seller activation would be defined as per the WIP and desired output.

Pilot volume: Flipkart will share 200 seller’s details(in one city) which partner has to work on and convert with the 30 days of pilot. Flipkart will be recommending staffing for this volume, however vendor should take the final decision.

Expected volume for long term: Flipkart Marketplace is looking to  acquire close to 1,00,000 sellers by December 2015 and will be primarily dependent upon seller acquisition through feet on street model. 

Cities in Focus:
For the pilot phase (upto 45 days) we would be running the project in one/two cities depending upon the strength of Vendor. After the pilot phase we wish to expand pan-India and primarily target  cities such as NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Jaipur, Chennai, Surat, Agra, Hyderabad, Lucknow etc (not exhaustive). 

Supervisor Ratios: Vendor will maintain Consultant to TL ratios at 1:30

Tools and Applications: All Seller interactions will be documented through CRM and related tools.  

Reports: Vendor will need to build own capability for generating their reports and sharing with Flipkart as per the defined timelines. Flipkart will support Vendor for the first month to build this capability. Reports need to maintain accuracy at all times.

Consultant Profile: Frontline Consultants profile requirement is as follows: Graduates with at least 12 months experience. Fresh graduates can be hired; however, at least 50% of the Consultant group should have minimum experience of 12 months. Vendor will do own hiring based on the defined competencies in the JD (job description) that will be shared by FK. Vendor will be responsible for background verification of hired consultants.  FK will do a random profile compliance check of candidates hired. 

Quality Monitoring: Seller feedback will be captured by flipkart.com. Flipkart will judge a vendor’s quality performance based on the ratings generated through seller feedback.

Business Process Audit: Flipkart will conduct transactional and business audits of statistically valid sampling, of Vendor’s employees on a weekly basis and will share the findings.

Calibration: Flipkart will conduct weekly calibration session with Vendor’s Quality Analysts and other Supervisors and share findings.

Performance Management:
Flipkart will monitor the daily live count. In addition, Flipkart will conduct Weekly Business Review (WBR), Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with Vendor. The WBR review day of the week will be determined by Flipkart and will remain constant except for any business necessity. The dates for the MBR and QBR will be shared a week in advance. The venue for the MBR and QBR could be either at Vendor office location or one of the Flipkart office locations.
Vendor will share quarterly stack ranking of its Consultants with Flipkart, along with plan of action for bottom 5% Consultants

Compliance Audits: Flipkart will conduct quarterly audits of the Vendor’s processes of Flipkart Seller Support Operations and will share findings. Vendor will review the findings and share detailed plan of action with Flipkart within 15 days. All actions identified by Flipkart to be addressed within 1 month of sharing the action plan

Risks: Product, Quality of Sellers, WIP shrinkage, Secondary Partner Underperformance (FSA/Training etc.).

Here are brief details:

1) Per District there are an average of 10-12 lakh children in the age group of 0-5 years.

2) This number is ever growing as children are born every day. So the agency will have to tap 

child care associations such Local Municipal Health Care which handle Polio Drop door-to-door 

and have full database of children in the required age-group. The agency will also have to tie up 

with Maternity Homes, Child Nursery School, etc.

3) The Agency does not require AADHAR Kits for this Project. Only Android Tablets with 5 

MB Camera. All operators have to be SIFY certified and these are easily available throughout 

India. Similarly you can get the operator certified for a cost of about Rs 5000 per candidate 

through our Delhi office.

4) Rs 16/- per Aadhar Card issued for a child between 0-5 years + Rs 30 PER CARD PRINTED 

by Agency(Govt Payout) . Invoicing is Monthly and payment is 15-days after Invoice. So billing 

period is 1st to 30th and payment is within 15-days of invoice being raised.

5) Over and above this there is scope for additional earning per card which will be explained 

later at the time of sign up (Base Payout is Rs 16 + Rs 30). Additional payouts result in average 

total earning of up to Rs 110 per card printed. Assuming that only 10 lac children will be full 

paying subscribers out of 15 lac children population, Average Earning per District  = Rs 110 x 10 

Lac Children = Rs 11.00 Crores

And this will always keep on growing as Children are born every day!

6). Agency has to bear air travel cost of 1-person to Mumbai.

telecom will do).

Here is the process brief.

1)     There is no financial information to be taken from any business customers.

2)     The calls that coming in will be from EXISTING customers of the VERIZON 

BUSINESS LANDLINE SERVICES only.

3)     The Client will provide the database for the outbound calls. You cannot use any 

other database.

4)     Customers calling in/being called are offered an opportunity to SHIFT their 

Landline Business Plan from Plan A to Plan B.

5)     Plan B is 50% - 60% cheaper than Plan A. 

6)     There are no forms to fill. No monies to be taken. This is a simple VERBAL 

VERIFICATION program where Customer authorizes shift from Plan A to Plan 

B.

a.      80% of US Business Customers are not aware of the US Telecom 

Deregulation Rule. 

b.      This Rule mandates US Telecom companies such as Verizon, AT&T, 

Frontier, Cincinnati Bell, Claro Puerto Rico, etc to inform their customers 

that they have a constitutional right to move to cheaper plans as new 

technology comes into the market making thereby making telecom services 

cheaper.

c.      The only thing we are doing is moving the customer from Plan A to Plan B.

d.      We are not selling them anything.

e.      We are not taking any banking information.

f.       We are not taking any written information from them.

g.      Everything is a simple verbal verification by TPV.

h.      The Dial tone that the Customer hears on the telephone handset will still 

come from the same telephone exchange as before.

i.        The Phone number will remain the same.

j.        The telephone wiring and instruments in the office will remain the same.

k.      All services will remain the same.

l.        Only the bill will be 50% - 60% cheaper through the Deregulated Telecom 

Company.

7)     The Client pays an hourly payout PER AGENT on the following matrix based on

have 15-20 lines. Even a fresh agent can convert 4 lines PER DAY. It is so easy 

because you have nothing to sell. You are talking to existing customers and just 

switching them from Plan A to Plan B and saving them thousands of dollars on 

their yearly telephone bills….!!

9)     Payment is WEEKLY for the TOTAL HOURLY CALCULATION AGENT 

WISE. 

10) The US Client is currently billing the Hyderabad Center a daily average of $10.00 

PER HOUR PER AGENT. We can safely expect your agents to achieve $7.50 

PER HOUR PER AGENT.

a.      Minimum billing of INR 12-15 Lacs in PILOT PHASE.

b.      Minimum billing in FULL PHASE is INR 50-55 Lacs per month

11) Complete training is given by US Client themselves. Training is for only 4 days 

and thereafter immediate Go-Live. Center requires US DID (landline) Number 

with 1-channel per agent minimum ratio to be programmed into their Dialer and 

inbound calls will be routed to that number by the US Client. 

12) Daily Sales entry is in to the Client’s CRM directly.

13) Payment cycle is Weekly, All sales invoices on Monday of Week-2 (for previous 

Week-1 sales) are paid on Friday of Week-3 and thereafter on Friday of every 

Week. 

14) We require ONLY TWO CENTERS in INDIA for this process to start with 10-15 

seats in pilot phase and ramp up to 100 seats each in 90 days. 

15) This is a THREE YEAR CONTRACT.


Note: We have one reference center in Hyderabad that is already dialing on two of our processes with 52 agents currently. They are getting regular payments from last 5 months from US Clients. You can visit them to check for yourself the authenticity of the projects we offer.
