The Job Description is Simple.
Your agents have to listen to voice files and calibrate them using a set of fixed
parameters (simple tick boxes, yes and no boxes, etc).
Your Call Center already has Bandwidth that is wasted in the Day Time.
This process makes you that extra amount of almost Rs 12,400 Per Seat Per
Week…!!
Here is the PROCESS BRIEF ONCE AGAIN:
The training is done in the US Time (Night Time).
After Go-Live you can run this process in Day-Time IST and also 24x7 in your office.
We need 20 agents per shift.
1. We urgently require Centers for US Quality Control Process for our Direct US Client.
a. The process requires the Quality Agents to listen to & calibrate customer
calls made to the Client’s Customer Service Dept.
b. All calibration parameters are given by the Client and your team is also
trained on what needs to be done from start to end.
c. All calls calibrated by the agents in Week-1 will be paid for on Friday of
Week-2 by the Client directly in USD. Clear Weekly Payments in USD.
2. All payments are made directly by the Client via USD transfer into your accounts on
WEEKLY BASIS.
3. We are looking for centers/associates who can work on direct client portal.
4. You only require computers, excellent internet, good headsets and agents with good
listening capabilities.
5. Only genuinely interested centers please contact us directly with YOUR CENTER
PROFILE in MS WORD FORMAT.
6. Payment of USD 200 PER SEAT PER WEEK ($200) VIA PAYPAL IN USD.
7. 20 seats billing is USD 16,000 or INR 9,92,000 PER MONTH (20 seats x 200 USD x 4
weeks x Rs 62 = Rs 9,92,000)
Very Limited Slots. Only 80 seats left from the initial 200 issued by Client. So please do not
waste time procrastinating.
Note: We have one reference center in Hyderabad that is already dialing on two of our processes with 52 agents currently. They are getting regular payments from last 5 months from US Clients. You can visit them to check for yourself the authenticity of the projects we offer.
